A turning point in healthcare...(Antibiotics)
The last major European fairs, especially those for pigeon racing in Kassel and Dortmund, marked a turning point. The government and the inspection services of the Ministries of Health and Agriculture specifically targeted the illegal sale of medicines through the distribution of pigeon feed — and in particular the misuse of antibiotics. It was therefore no surprise that numerous offenders were discovered among the exhibitors. Unfortunately, this problem also exists in bird sports.
