Bruin wit schimmel

Brown white The brown canary is one of our oldest mutations and clearly recognizable to everyone. The brown canary has two different brown pigments: brown eumelanin and brown phaeomelanin. A clear difference is visible between the brown eumelanin that forms the drawing and the brown phaeomelanin that provides the intermediate brown. The stronger the brown factor works, the better the brown plumage looks. Dolls generally come closest to standard. For these birds we ask for maximum brown eumelanin, starting at the beak base. The color of the wing and tail feathers must match the overall color.
