Dettol no longer needs to be introduced to any bird or animal lover - it is an excellent disinfectant with a proven bactericidal effect. It is therefore certainly advisable to disinfect cages, food bowls, drinking bowls, nest boxes and cages, especially before the start of the breeding season.
