Oogtziekte kanarie

In ornamental birds there are several types of protozoan parasites or flagellates that can cause disease.
Trichomonas gallinae mainly occurs during the summer months in canaries and beautiful finches. The birds become drowsy, short of breath and have reduced feed intake.
