Performing the Rood Mozaïek really requires knowledge and insight, paying close attention, the right ratio and also starting at the right time is the message. That this is easy to do is evident from the beautiful specimens that we regularly see. It is known that feeding should start when the large feathers are almost fully grown, i.e. when the bird is about 6 to 7 weeks old. This is very important to maintain this until the moulting period
