Canary (Albino) with Black and Red Eye!
Breeding result Wout van Gils...Halfzijder

On May 20, 2009 I did a nest check. Of the four eggs, 2 had hatched. What immediately struck me was the eye color of one of the boys: one red eye and one dark eye. My first thought was that there was a seed pod or something stuck to the eye. Because the young were still very small, I decided to wait. At the next nest check it turned out not to be a seed pod, but clearly a black eye and a red eye. Was this an albino with two different eye colors?
