Roll up like a ball –
Early signals:
Often the bird can be seen swollen at the bottom of the cage. Unfortunately, this indicates that the bird is already very ill and successful treatment may no longer be feasible.
Early observation, diagnosis and immediate action are therefore essential before the bird curls up into a ball.
