Perennial mosaics. At the last general meeting for color canary judges in Roosdaal on May 12, 2001, the problem of pen coloring in perennial mosaics was extensively discussed. There were different points of view, so the Technical Committee could not make an immediate decision. The applicable standard remained in force until then. It was promised to discuss the problem seriously and as a priority within the technical committee, and in order not to take a step backwards, international information was also provided.
