By introducing the ino or satin factor we get birds with red eyes. Depending on the ground color, they are called albino (white), lutino (yellow) or rubino (red). There is not much to say about our white canaries, except that cleanliness is an absolute requirement here. If the bird also has a good shape and posture, you can go a long way. And if you can also wash them — and, importantly, present them — you're in good hands.
