The yellow mosaic type 1. Introduction One of the canary birds that I enjoy watching and breeding successfully is the yellow mosaic. As is known, there are two types: type 1 for the doll and type 2 for the man. I personally prefer the pop type because I like the bright white background the best. This is slightly less for men, but there have also been significant improvements in recent years. Breeders have turned these birds into beautiful specimens. It is clear that a choice has to be made: do we breed the doll type or the male type?
