Making Sprouted Seeds
You have to be very careful with sprouting seeds, because fungi can develop very quickly on them — often without being able to see them with the naked eye. Opinions are divided about the added value of fresh sprouting seed. In my other articles about this I am not directly in favor of it, but provided very good discipline in creating and feeding it can certainly be valuable.
